Shipping Costs.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products before confirming the order and completing the purchasing process. The calculation of shipping costs depends on the delivery location, the volume, and the weight of the items. The transport company that will carry out the shipment is CORREOS Paq Premium. Below are the shipping costs (VAT included):
FREE for orders equal to or greater than 60€
For orders less than 60€:
- Spain Peninsula: 4.95€
- Balearic Islands: 8€
- Canary Islands: 14€
Delivery Times.
The delivery time for orders, once the payment receipt is received, is as follows:
- Delivery in Spain Peninsula: 24/48 hours (on business days).
- Delivery in Balearic Islands: 48/72 hours (on business days).
- Delivery in Canary Islands: 3-4 business days
The customer agrees to ensure that they or another designated person is at the indicated address to receive the package. If no one is present the first time, the courier will make several attempts. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, and the customer will receive a refund of the payment made minus the shipping costs or return of the merchandise, which will be the customer's responsibility.
Acceptance of Delivery.
The customer will have 24 hours to verify the integrity of all components of the order and to check that everything that should be included in the products is present. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted, and claims for defects or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is within the next 24 hours that the customer must verify the products upon receipt and raise any objections that may exist.
In case of receiving a product damaged during transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to file a claim with the transport company. Similarly, it is advisable to notify the company that carried out the transport.
