The Irishman Cask Strength is the most exclusive Irish whiskey, distilled three times and carefully aged in American oak barrels. Every year Bernard Walsh, its producer, selects exceptional barrels to make this Irish whiskey. It is available in strictly limited quantities every year.
The whiskey "Cask Strength" does not have any reduction of the alcohol with water before being bottled (whiskey raw of barrel or not reduced) that's why its graduation is between 50 and 63ºC
Absolutely exceptional. Powerful and immersive, it is definitely one of the best in Ireland.
